Standard Returns within 14 days
Aufeis Clothing is committed to customer satisfaction. We accept returns on all products sold by Aufeishockey.com, free of any restocking fees. Simply return the item to us within 14 days of purchase receipt and we will promptly process your refund. For International orders that may not be recieved and returned within this timetable please contact us through our contact page or at email@example.com within the 14 days of purchase receipt explaining that you wish to return your items and the reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original packaging and with original tags, with no evident use, to be considered for refund. We will issue credit for the basic/standard return shipping costs if the return/exchange is a result of our error. (Wrong Item, Damaged/Defective)

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are worn, used or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Removal of tags and labels will qualify the product as being worn. Aufeis is not responsible for any item that we did not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the terms of our return policy. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that were not purchased from Aufeishockey.com.
Orders Returned after 14 days
Orders extending beyond the 14 day return window are considered to be "late returns" and are not eligible for full refund. For "late return" orders returned within 30 days of the receipt, a merchandise credit (in the amount of the original product price) will be issued, provided that the product is unworn and has original tags. All shipping fees on all items returned after 14 days are thereby forfeited by the customer, and will not be credited. Orders extending beyond the 30 day return window are not eligible for return or exchange.
